Shipping policy

ENTITY.BOUTIQUE ships orders from our overseas studio to street addresses in the United States. Shipping is complimentary on every order. There is no minimum spend and no code to enter.

Rates

Free Shipping: $0 on every order. After a shipment leaves us, delivery usually takes 10 to 20 business days.
Free Express: $0 on every order. Express is the faster option at checkout. It is not overnight, and the package still ships from overseas. Use the delivery estimate shown at checkout.

Both options are free. Nothing is added for shipping at checkout.

Processing and delivery

We prepare most orders within 1 to 3 business days. Holiday periods and customs checks can add time. We will email you when the order ships and will include tracking when the carrier provides it.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses, Canada, or any address outside the United States.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days after the carrier scanned the package, or if the estimated delivery window has passed, email chris49372@gmail.com with your order number. We will trace the shipment. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will reship the order or refund you.

Address changes

Check the shipping address at checkout. If you need a change, email us as soon as the order is placed. We cannot change an address after the order has shipped.
