These terms are an agreement between you and ENTITY.BOUTIQUE. By using entityboutique.myshopify.com or placing an order, you agree to them, along with our shipping policy, refund policy, and privacy policy.

The store

We sell women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories. Orders are prepared for shipment from our overseas studio and delivered to street addresses in the United States. You can reach us at chris49372@gmail.com or +1 (347) 674-6113, or by mail at 1915 Coral Sea Rd, San Diego, CA 92139, United States.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. You pay the item price, the shipping rate shown at checkout, and any tax. Standard shipping is $8, and it is free when the merchandise total is $70 or more before tax. Express shipping is $15. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. If a price is obviously wrong because of a typo or a system error, we may cancel the order and refund what you paid.

Shipping

We ship to US street addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses, Canada, or other countries. Most orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery is usually 10 to 20 business days after the order ships. Express is faster than Standard and is not overnight. The estimate at checkout is the one that applies. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Shoes must be unworn and in the original box. Shoe sizes listed on the site are European sizes. You pay return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective. We refund the item price to the original payment method after we inspect the return. We do not exchange items directly.

Products

We describe items as accurately as we can. Color and fit can look different on a screen than in person. You are responsible for checking the size, including the European shoe size, before you order.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep the login to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has used it. We may cancel an order or close an account if we reasonably believe these terms were broken or the order is fraudulent.

The site

The ENTITY.BOUTIQUE name, photographs, and other content on the site belong to us or our licensors. Don’t copy them for a commercial use without written permission. Don’t misuse the site, scrape it, or interfere with other shoppers.

Liability

Except where the law does not allow it, the site and products are provided as is, and our responsibility for a claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability for a product that is defective or not as described, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Subject to any right you have as a consumer to sue where you live, disputes are handled in the state or federal courts in San Diego County, California.
